Probably not, but give em 2 years with a good diet and enough sleep and they might be competent enough to join an adult league. And depending on the person, a fair start when it comes to getting back into shape!

I saw an interview with reggie bush... when he came straight out of college Tomlinson invited him to work out with him....he said in 30 min he was throwing up all over the field and Tomlinson wasn't even out of breath

I've always said NFL athletes are the best all-around and complete athletes. The training and athleticism it takes to play on that level is incredible.

They are great athletes BUT!!!!!! Not in the same category as nba players and soccer players. Nfl players can't go more than 6 plays without subbing out. Pay attention and you will see what I mean.

@@user-gj6yb2qc7e didn't say they were the best distance runners just the best athletes. They sub out more often because it's a full contact sport also. Receivers and DBs do maximum running every play so I'd say their stamina is up there with the two sports you mentioned. And I played DB and more basketball than any other sport in my life. It also depends on the player because some do not sub out, even some linemen.

All incredible exercises with the exception of flat bench press.I don’t see lying on your back pushing weight overhead transfer to what these guys do on the field.Plus lots of risk of injury with flat bench. Everything else is 🔥

I always think that talent is only a measure of how skilled you are and how you improve. What I mean is I don’t consider someone’s fitness a talent, as it’s something they work incredibly hard to achieve and maintain. Derrick Henry is incredibly talented and clearly incredibly fit 😂
