I've been a part of this community a while, but mostly as a lurker. This video is one of the best one I've seen them do. This video made me so motivated and inspired by how much science, creativity, and money people are willing to put into basically one giant creative science fair project. Even though the video came out 2 days ago I've already watched this video 10 separate times. It makes me really want to commit more into the community and learn so much more about the craft and the industry. Also makes me want to move to Ireland, but that's beside the point. Love this video, can't stress this enough. If y'all boys see this comment you made a nerd... *cough cough* whiskey nerd overjoyed.

Maybe the most important aspect of this video is from 4:25 to 5:15... This should apply to the mindset of all those that enjoy whiskey,,, that being no two batches are the same, and the differences are intrinsic, and to be embraced...

Welp. Now I want to go to Ireland. I love the accents, and it was fun to hear Daniel slowly slip into the Irish accent here and there throughout the episode. It's also great to see the good work that Waterford do to truly understand the whisky process and how they ruthlessly examine the grain from each and every farm they use for fermentation. I want a dram of Waterford!

Very informative very warm and open. But that doesn't even describe he feels the episode hits. The community inspires, or is inspired by, the magnificence of the people involved here. The level of access you guys had is beyond anything i would have expected and i am unsure if this is because you are spearheading the tribe or not. It's overwhelming to see how open friendly and generous with knowledge and information these people were and until now i did not realize that Waterford actually sponsored your trip in part bonus magnificence right there. Neil Conway and Ned Gahan were fantastic on camera, opening doors that many of us would dream about and showcasing so much knowledge that i understand why Rex had trouble condensing it (Good job btw, i am scared about the amounts that ended up on the cutting room floor). This was then followed by the trip with Grace O'Reilly adding on to that knowledge hearing from Philly himself, making the whole process from seed to glass even more intricate and complex. And yes i think Grace can be rightfully called The Barley Queen. There is a reason to be proud to be a tribe member and this video is a showcase of that honor, respect knowledge and humor, it was all there.
