Can you THINK like an SSL in Rocket League?

Hey! This is RocketInsight. I'm a GC2 player and this channel will bring you ranked replays from pros/champs/gcs etc, but with a little extra! I can answer some of these exactly how you do. Quite a bit more challenging to think about in real time, but I do appreciate the practice quizzes. Sometimes I find myself remembering a tip you shared and a much more elegant solution presents itself. Good mechanics are important, but if you can't position to use them then it's meaningless

Great question! At 4:30 timestamp, you'll see that when I close the space on the ground with a speed flip, the opponent is already going up the wall. By the time I try and drive up the wall and ceiling, I would've been cleanly beat. I just don't have enough time. Plus if he sees me go up the wall, there's a good chance he can insta flick to knock it past me. Hope that makes sense!
