Since you train (All muscle groups 7 days a week) How do you respond to the other side that says that the body must have a rest day between workouts (meaning workout 3-4 days) for muscles to recover AND for the muscles to ACTUALLY GROW? Most importantly provide a response to those who say working your muscles 7 days a week will damage or wear out your muscles, of course there's many theories out there but I'm asking YOU because your not a theory and you're applying this to your own body, therefore you have experience history data instead of these other guys of theory... Thank you for your content!

what is the downside to not including variety? I have been working out for a few months but have been using the same routine everyday. I often hear the argument that you " will get burnt out on it" is this the case? Or is it just your body finding ways to cheat the routine overtime?
@arrubiooo21975 жыл бұрын
Your body adapts for one, also a single group of exercises can never utilise all muscle groups, big and small
@adjmbb51092 жыл бұрын
Bullshit it doesn't adapt. You do an exercise and it gives results. Pretty easy really

I'm no pro bodybuilder but I noticed alot of gains from doing 5 sets of 12 on bicep curls and I used 30 or 35 pound slow as fuck and kept it really tight and sitting on a incline bench and co tracking them all the way will really work

If the abs are one muscle, how can you workout the lower/upper parts of it? You can't target the lower/upper part of any other muscle, so how come you can with abs?
@cdl5127 жыл бұрын
so you don't do incline bench for upper chest, (or better yet, reverse grip flat bench for upper pec development) decline for lower and flat for the middle pec? You don't work back from various angles to focus on various aspects of like pulldowns for width and rows for thickness of the lats?
@vegastar577 жыл бұрын
You can train different areas of the same muscle.
@Prokotaco7 жыл бұрын
The abs are not 1 muscle. There are several muscles, with several different movements and ways to be trained.
@dr.harshad.fitness7 жыл бұрын
Although the abs is considered as a single muscle, it has several bellies (the "packs") because if it's 3 tendinous intersections where there's no muscle fibre crossing. That's how it's possible to concentrate different parts of the same muscle with various types of exercises.
@bobgilford58875 жыл бұрын
There's a reason they're called 'abs' or 'abdominals' plural. That's because they are actually a group of muscles.
@adamhelper32773 жыл бұрын
If your not taking test shots. You need to train, rest, grow. Train rest grow. If your taking test shots you recover faster, " also lose your hair faster" . Not the best advice here. Train hard till your body tells you to rest and then rest. Thats where the growth comes from.
