What a great idea for an interview Fouad! I hope it makes people see that even if you are natural, you still can get shredded but it just takes longer! This was my favorite guest on any bb podcast so far. I’d never heard of this guy but he’s definitely gained a fan. Went to his Instagram and I was blown away. I’m another guy (not natural though) who likes to relax and just enjoy growing. Phil Hernon said a long time ago to just get the muscle and lose the fat later. This guy is awesome, great guest. No disrespect, can definitely tell he's honestly natural. I'm glad I waited until I was 35. Natural and enhanced (even if it's just a little test) Bodybuilding are completely different worlds. But I truly believe just about anyone can attain a respectable physique with just a few years (less if you're lucky) with some attention placed on diet and training CONSISTENTLY. Not do everything right for six months, then party and not train and blame your genetics...

I’m a natty pro and I only go up 25 pounds because I have tried to go as hight as 50 pounds over stage weight and only could put on 1-2 pounds of Real muscle when I died down so really I couldn’t put on any more muscle whether I only put on 25 pounds or 50 off season most of us can only put on 1-2 pounds of real muscle.. of course different for a newbie ...
@steviewang41024 жыл бұрын
An experienced natty lifter cannot in any way put on more than 10lb of lean mass per year (even 5lb is pushing it) unless they've been completely training and dieting wrong for years on end (which would not make them "experienced"). Natty guys simply can't jump weight class divisions like pros do in less than 3 years (Men's physique to classic to 212 to open). If you want to move up a division as a natty that's going to take 10+ years of hard training and dieting.

@saymehname52274 жыл бұрын
Okay wtf, you gained 25 pounds and got a pound of muscle? And you're a natrual pro. More like natrual troll. Ain't no way you gainin' 25 pounds period as a natrual. Your gainin' way 2 quick. And if u actually did u would gain way more since it takes forever for a natrual to gain in the first place. If u gain 2 fast u will get fat and only fat. if u gain 25 pounds slowly in a year or more if not a genetic freak 2 years you will keep more like 15 pounds. But again 2 years. 1 pound of muscle while gaining 25 pounds rofl the fucking trolls man.
@saymehname52274 жыл бұрын
@youtubetroll Okay youtubetroll. I never said anything about competing. I said him gaining 25 pounds and putting on a pound of muscle only or even going 50 pounds. I went to his channel. The guy doesn't even looks like he lifts rather than Rob. Here's the thing a natrual that gains the weight correctly will keep it and even return to that weight for whatever reason happens. A junkie will not that's why you hear the term "off cycle". So if he gained 25 pounds as slowly as possible in 2 years he would get way more than a pound of muscle. Even junkies can't gain the muscle that fast they still need to lose 50 pounds or so. Perfect example is Lee Priest. He has to diet 80 pounds. Come at me and get your embarrassing ass out of here.

Much respect to him and all the other natural guys. I don't know what it's like to get shredded like that even as enhanced I might get down to 10% sometimes messing around but I don't compete or nothing. And it's just a struggle to maintain 10 to 12% for me even one year because my genetics are of a fat person. My whole family have a little overweight. So much respect dude for real. Thank you fouad for this great podcast. In competition it's the same difficulty for the competitors if you're on natty stage you have the same tools like every other competitor on the stage and like wise for enhanced stage. It all depends on accuracy of your work, effort, knowledge, experience, knowing your body and genetics. All the hate towards enhanced bbuilder is coming from guys who just want to post their physique pictures on Facebook or Instagram. They just want that body and don't pay the price of being enhanced and don't put the effort. To me it's ridiculous those guys most sought-after dream of their life is to post a good picture of their body on social media, It's like who cares. For people like you it's a career it's not just about how you look on the social media.

People don't know how much it actually takes to get that lean... Like they are= i wonna be shredded ill go on a 16 weeks cut and when they finish they start bitching about people like him because what they don't want to admit that there is like 10 more weeks till they hit the point where they want to be and that it's harder than they thought its gonna be
@nattymuscleradio644 жыл бұрын
So true. Its the last stage that separates those who have what it takes and those that do not.
@user-oo3jq8mw8y4 жыл бұрын
Took me 20 weeks all worth it because natruals will always look more crisper in the skin tone and never bloated since we aren't injecting shit into our bodies. None taken to that do. But it's a fact.

From several conversations with people, I think part of the reason there is animosity towards users of gear is that in my country if you visit a typical commercial gym you’ll find people on the juice who don’t train hard, frequent KFC/McDonalds and come across as uncultivated e.g. shouting across the gym or unnecessarily throwing weights. These guys don’t have pro physiques but obviously hold much more muscle than the average guy so people frown upon such individuals as they don’t have the work ethic etc. but through drugs create an intimidating personality. By contrast, I also know people who are disciplined and civilised - working in a corporate role - who are thoroughly respected despite clearly being on gear. So from experience, part of the reason seems to be the persona/image gear users have created for themselves which explains the negative stereotype associated with juice or meatheads.
