I wish I had seen this KZbin sooner. But my partner is such a narc, if I don’t agree with him, he just starts filing with court as it does not cost him (he’s an attorney). And he refuses to talk to my attorney about settlement. All he does is bully. After spending $100k on attorney fee and not going anywhere, I had to let him prepare the MSA and I do have to give up a lot just for exchange of peace. I really don’t want to drag 3 more years (in CA).
