You're welcome! I think that they should fix this issue with a firmware update because clearly they could have the DJ. Mike mini work on the DJI mic 2 receiver. However, I think they don't do it on purpose because they want you to buy the DJI mic too with the DJI mic2 receiver. This in my opinion is a mistake because some people would buy it anyway. For the internal recording in the 32-bit float, they need to have these two systems cooperate with each other. In my opinion, I don't think it would be bad for them. I think it would actually be a good thing if you agree with this via an email off to DJI. I already gave them my opinion. The more people that complain the better. I think it'd be beneficial for all of us to be able to use these microphone system with either or when I'm recording at my studio. I might want to use the DJI Mike mini transmitter with the DJ like to receiver in a studio setting or vice versa. So we need to have options and I just can't figure out why they don't work together but they should. The other reason why I think it can be solved with a firmware update is because you can actually pair the DJI mic mini and the DJI Mike too with an osmo pocket. 3. So there is potential there. Hopefully they can fix this.

apreciation for your sir, but 32 bit float , internal recording and if dji Add Timecode into newer version of dji mic then it's the microphone system that will have everything.

Thank you for your input. I think the DJI mic 3 will offer time code jam sync and I hope they make it backwards compatible with the DJI mic , mic 2 , mic mini. This will demonstrate a good audio ecosystem Worth investing in. I don't want ten different brands of microphones or anything else if I can avoid it. DJI needs to realize this opportunity.

Definitely DJI needs to make them interchangeable..I would buy a DJI mic 2 TX .If it works with my newly purchased DJI mic mini. I have a boya micro with internal recording 1+1 kit.

I think they could fix it with a firmware update because they are very close in that you can use the Bluetooth in the DJI mic mini and the DJI mic too at the same time. I think it would be to dji's benefit to have this cuz it would show how flexible their audio system really is and it would probably eliminate the competition.

I also only bought the dji mic mini 1+1 yet. No charging case.

I find that it's a cheaper option, plus the charging case. As I said earlier could be detrimental cuz if you overcharge or continuously charge something when it doesn't need to be charged you can hurt the battery.

I'd buy the case later because it keeps my 1+1and all the accessories together.

Does come with a case, just not a charging case. It is quite small. I find that I don't need the charging case myself. The other option is you can always buy the charging case separately if you wish to have it later but the downside of buying a charging case just for the sake of having a case for it, is that the more you charge and discharge the batteries the faster it wears out also. So the charging case could be detrimental if you just used it for a little while and then threw it back in the case cuz it's always charging the mic when in reality you might not want to do that all the time.
