Does anything say you are guaranteed any hits in an ETB? What's the explanation on why the second ETB every pack was heavier than the heaviest pack in the first ETB, with weighed pack does it typically only help to weigh them against other packs in the same box?

Maybe the amount of glue they used to seal packs? Weigh the empty packs maybe lol, my first etb was the pricey gardevoir ex! Sucks it was off cam! Did 2 on cam!

If you want to master this set from only pulling you’re most likely gong to spend several thousand dollars and lose a lot of money. Danny phantump opened around 1400 packs to make a master set.
