Thank you for the guidelines, Dr Ennis! Very helpful. Even though we know it's not a good idea to return to the gym too soon after being ill, it's great to get recommendations from an expert and a fellow fitness enthusiast. 😊

We are all human , nobody is perfect; there are times our bodies will break down....🤔 Work yourself back to exercise slowly and make sure you are well rested. Thank you Dr. Ennis for all your videos and advice 👍🏻. "Pops"#truschoolsports🥊🥊

watching your exercises this morning…. Great, luckily I’m not sick. A thought came to mind. You could maybe do a workout for disabled, wheelchair bound people. I’m sure you will increase your fans. Such a jolly person as you are… or cute as you might say in the states. Just food for thought😊

Thanks for good advice. It is really bad when people come to the gym sick, bad for everyone including them. But thanks most of all for the hilarious thumbnail. Best one on KZbin this week. 😂😂

I'm suffering with mono right now and still trying to strength train 3 days a week. My muscles are very weak and start shaking almost immediately. I'm trying to keep up the routine and a little bit of my progress but I can only exert about 40% of effort I could previously.

Hi Doc, I have a question. Was diagnosed w/ PMDD when I was 18 yrs old. I'm now almost 45. Every month of my life, I've gotten extreme fatigue, & my mindset isn't in a great place. I try to take advantage 2 weeks of the month to knock things out in my to do list. Then seems other 2 weeks are off. Hormones are somthing else. I'm finally hiring a personal trainer soon, 1st time in my life. It's 6 month commitment. I hope she will work somthing out the week of my pms. Have you heard anything about women and this issue and tips. I also take Zoloft for the extreme moods. Jeez help! 😂❤
