Thank you very much for your Advice. This exercises are absolutely helpful. I have shoulder pain for a long time after an accident, and after doing this exercises regularly every day, my mobility and strength have improved rapidly, I can feel mybshoulder falling in to place again every time I do the exercises and the pain have decrease substantially. Also I do weight lifting to get muscle growth and strength. Always Start with lightweight 2kg or 4kg.even 1kg. Then see how it goes. Thanks a lot for this video and for helping people .This is a real blessing. 😇🙏 God bless us all 😇 🙏
