​@@sebscreensit221 he does EX q-bomb and cancels into a focus attack, which daigo was certainly not expecting, and as a result, he ends up getting hit and the round is basically over. focus attacks are really risky to do in this game, let alone fully charging it up as it doesn't have infinite armor and can be broken quite easily, yet pepeday managed to do a fully charged focus attack on him, which is honestly insane.

I keep seeing scrubs comments about op e Ryu or shotos. Nobody was winning majors with Ryu until daigo came along, and nobody has had any sort of success with e Ryu until just now with daigo. Shut up and adapt. These scrubs act like shotos or e Ryu will win every time. E Ryu and shotos get rekt all the time online, or at tournaments. When fighting shotos you should know exactly what to expect by now. They're gonna zone and footsie. People need to realize it's the player NOT the character. Give credit where credits due.

Yeah everyone is just angry that Pepeday didn't win.. but you are right no one was complaining about E.Ryu before Daigo picked him up and nobody would complain about him if daigo still played Ryu.. people are dumb it's funny.. Daigo played Ryu (back in 06-010), everyone complained Ryu is OP Daigo played Yun (back in 10-13), everyone complained Yun is OP Daigo playing E.Ryu (14-15+), everyone is now complaining E.Ryu is OP Infiltration plays Akuma, everyone complained that Akuma is OP Poongko played Seth, everyone complained that Seth is OP

Unknown Person Agreed. But Yun at the time actually was OP. Ono even said it himself, that's why he got the super nerf in version 2012. Even seth was a little overpowered, they took away his jumping fierce punch, cross up hard kick, and nerfed his wall jump. For E.Ryu, his did get buffs since his creation, and he is certainly better than ryu overall, but not OP.
