Yay. Was waiting for this one I live in Calgary I can see the mountains everyday from here. We don’t do Banff often but it is so beautiful and yes those mountains are enormous in person. Choose Westjet to fly next time :) they have a huge fleet. Excited for the next vlogs in Banff!

The drive between Jasper and Banff is called the Icefield Parkway and it is unreal! 100% have to do it next time you're in Canada, you'll love it. So happy you're enjoying the trip, Canada is a very beautiful place.

Love that you came to my country :) I watch all your Florida vlogs. We live in Red Deer, Alberta and drive to Penticton BC every summer to visit family. If you love the mountains in Banff, you would be blown away driving over them to BC past Banff. They really are amazing and I'm thankful I live only a few hours from them.

You definitely need to go back the Summer months. I was lucky enough to do a long road trip in a campervan and travelled from Calgary to Vancouver via Banff, Jasper and Lake Louise. We saw so many sights and got to experience some great things. Also you should try and be there for the Calgary Stampede because that is something else. Loving your Canada diaries and makes me want to go back! ❤😁

A good time to visit Toronto is in the winter. In the summer Toronto is packed with tourists. Also, you flew with Lynx air they just went bankrupt.

Ive been on that road to the mountains (fell sleep too lol, after a few times everything starts to look the same and I passed out 😝) everyone should g et the chance to see the Rockies. People can know how big they are, but until you are standing in front of them its almost impossible to UNDERSTAND how big they are 😀

The scale on the Canadian mountains is amazing , when seeing them in person. I agree that cameras doesn't do them the justice . Im from Europe , but also live in the Vancouver area , and we love to do little trips around the mountains. So many little villages hidden there , and some of them have interesting local areas to see. I have it in my bucket list to do a travel from the East to the West coast by either car , or train - there is one that goes from Toronto to Vancouver , is pricy , but if one like to enjoy the views is worth it.

Welcome to my country!! Flair is a new budget airline that launched in Canada about 2-3 years ago.. they haven't gotten great reviews so far lol. I went to Banff a couple years ago and will never forget the drive into the mountains from Calgary. I felt like I was in an IMAX theatre or something it was unreal. We saw some caribou grazing on the side of the road too. I hope you and Dean enjoyed your travels! I think you'd both love Vancouver, so much Asian influence and Japanese-style stores. Maybe next time you're on the west coast!

Yeah, I was supposed to fly flair from winnipeg to Kelowna for a wedding in 2019 and because my friend had booked with her credit card points, we weren't properly notified of the cancellation till a week before. Thank goodness my mom was willing and able to let me use her air miles because the westjet flight was about 3x more and I hadn't budgeted for that!

The east cost of Canada is so much more interesting the the rockies in my opinion and it also has mountains but smaller, but a lot more interest and scenic places. Newfoundland alone blows alberta out of the water.

Lynx airlines has actually gone bankrupt. The budget airline industry in Canada sucks. It's ridiculously overpriced to fly anywhere within Canada. I'm a Canadian and I avoid Toronto Pearson and fly from Buffalo New York whenever I can.

I don’t know if you know Toronto, but if you don’t… the colour grading is the only reason Toronto looks so good. Toronto in the winter ain’t pretty.

My camera also doesn’t pick up the accurate colours and what I see, so I colour grade it with my own filters to create the ambience and vibe I’m feeling at the time 🥹🌷
