Ok, so basically you went through the changes that we can already see on IRCC website. It would be much better if you provided examples of each change. For instance, if the candidate does not provide IELTS but has other certificates to prove language ability, will that be sufficient? As IRCC website indicates regarding C11, it only says language ability and does not mention IELTS and its respective score. Also, you said letter of support, but when I contacted the chambers of commerce, they had no idea what I was talking about, meaning they have no info what to do when they face a C11 candidate. I'd appreciate your response.

Any objective proof of your language capabilities could be presented as proof of language. However, having a language test results would be a better evidence and tests are relatively affordable to take. Most chambers of commerce don’t know about this aspect and you need to encourage them to give a letter of support to your business. They are not required to give one, but could be motivated to do so to attract business to their areas. We support our clients to obtain necessary endorsement from local organizations. Yes, you can. But you have to run your business as successfully as possible and justify the extension of your work permit.

i applied under ICT and the application rejected by IRCC and they gave the reason in their latter - they don’t agree with link between yourself as an employee of the company and the Indian company connection to the Canadian company.

i have a question, for example, if we want to open a restaurant how it can be a temporary nature? no body will open and close a resturant, so in this case we can go with c12 which is easier ? would you please describe at these changes almost made it impossible for any business to apply for c11, because even if we open tim horton how it can be temporary ?

The temporary nature of your stay in Canada is the focus. In simple terms, you need to show that you come to Canada on a C11 work permit, kick-start your business, and put someone in charge to run the business for you. Please note that C11 applicants can be permanent or temporary, as noted in the presentation. C11 can be obtained by startup visa applicants who have applied for PR and then applied for the C11 work permit to come to Canada and start their startup. Also, provincial nominee applicants who have received a letter of support from the province can apply for C11. These 2 types of applicants are of permanent nature. Entrepreneurs and self-employed people must prove that their visit and stay in Canada under the C11 work permit is temporary. It's not the temporary nature of the business itself. C11 is still a good possibility for those whose businesses can significantly impact the economy of the location where the business will operate. Between C11 and C12, if you have an existing running business in your home country, it is better to go with C12. But a thorough analysis is required. It could be a possibility. But note that in some Canadian provinces the recruitment services are licensed. So, depending on where you will operate in Canada, you need to have a solid and viable business plan as well as necessary capital to run the business before you apply for a work permit. I would not say so as those PNP and SUV program applicants can pursue PR in Canada. All others who are not in PNP/SUV process will have to prove that they are coming to Canada on C11 temporarily to run their business. They may switch to another PR program if they become eligible during their C11 work permit period.
