When I tried to apply for their LOA, the institution asked for my study permit. How can I provide them my study permit when the pre-requisites are my children's required LOA? It doesn't make sense🥺

I got my student visa but there is one little mistake. Actually my mom name ends with jit but on my all documents including passport it is mentioned jeet. When i applied for my student visa i attached same name affidavit and in family information section i used my mom name which is end with jeet same as it mentioned on my documents. Now my concern is that when i apply my parents vistor visa, will it shows misrepresentation? Because on my mom passport her name end with jit .

Yes, a son can be a representative as long as the son is an adult (not minor).

Yes, you need to print, sign, scan and upload the form on your online application.

Only write the names of the family members accompanying you to Canada. If the representative is not accompanying any of the applicants, a different IMM form should be used, IMM 5476E Use of Representative.

A family representative should be an adult. If applying for minors as the only applicant/principal applicant, the parent or guardian will sign all the documents on their behalf.

Yes, you have to print, sign, scan and upload online. Section B is for signature, indicating that you authorize your family member to submit your application on your behalf.

I am in Canada and I am applying Visitor visa for my parents. Only my dad is going to accompany her on the trip. My mom is the principal applicant. Yes, only your father’s signature is required on Section B. Each family member 18 years of age and older listed in Section A must sign in Section B.

You can print the first page and fill-in the information of your 5th child.. then attached it with the first set of the form..

When applying for your son’s study permit, you have to answer all the questions on the Gckey and at the end, it will give you the list of required Immigration Forms to fill-up. This form may be required since your son is a minor and needs a representative to apply for his study permit. But he doesn’t need to sign the form. Only your signature is required. Goodluck
