Alal Bal is an original song by Mohammad Abdo in Khaleej style and I have seen a video from 1997 and may be older even. One of the bst known songs of Mohammad Abdo. Assala is just a guest in this modern version. Incidentally he started singing in 1960 in a famous radio show called "Baba Abbas".

Tbh as a content creator, we need to attract attention and the usage of a title is just like a hashtag, a thumbnail, and a tag to push the video in the algorithm of KZbin.
