i) a Nurse Practitioner may be better than no access at all to healthcare, but they cannot take the place of a trained physician. ii) all doctors who graduate from Canadian Medical Schools should be required to practise medicine in Canada for a minimum period of time, iii) if a Team Approach is proven to be the most beneficial method of delivering healthcare set up incentives for doctors to enter into a Group Practice.
