I had a renter for 10 years. We were in good terms until on the 8th year I had to increae her rent by 3%. She suddenly became hostile . The next rental increase was 4% ... All legal. No unreasonable increase. She became totaly hostile. When she left she gave me the keys and swore at me. I simply thanked her for the 100,000$ she gave me over the years. She was dumbfounded and couldn't believe it😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 ..

If you are not in the financial market space right now, you are making a huge mistake. I understand that it could be due to ignorance, but if you want to make your money work for you...prevent inflation

People dont understand that the prices of things are never going back down. This inflation is deeper than we think. Those buying groceries are well aware that the real inflation is much over 10%. The increments dont match our income, yet certain investors still earn over $365,000 in stocks and assets. Wish I could accomplish that.

The wealth gap globally is really growing and expanding that 1% is growing their wealth massively while other 99% are struggling to save or invest couple with the inflationary economy and massive global lay off now

Renters have it so easy. Can't afford rent, get a roommate, want less rent, get another roommate. Work from home, write off rent expense. Invest extra cash into an index fund and chill. Very few landlords are actually cashflow positive and most of them will get crushed if/when the government quits kicking the can down the road.
