you can come to canada and if son is school age he can go to school and mum waits till hubby has a NOC B job at least and she applies for SOWP

The policy says you can’t apply for work permit from inside Canada and this include flag poling. Before now, flagpoling was restricted to certain categories of people who are not able to apply online
