Hi, What is the criteria for buying a medical insurance for your parents who is coming to Canada on super visa. Can a Canadian company reject the insurance basis old age or pre existing medical conditions. And what if no Canadian insurance companies provide your parents medical insurance in canada?

Ranjit, I'm on the same boat. I too don't want to leave my parents behind. I am not sure but I read somewhere in youtube comments on Canada Couple's channel that 1 year of tax filing is required for super visa sponsorship. And I have also work around a way to bring my parents ASAP to Canada (not sure how feasible it will be), by applying for visitor visa first for my parents (before me landing in Canada) which has the validity for up to 10 years (with 6 months of residing status in one go). This was they can join you there as soon as you land in Canada (mind you/your family have enough funds to bear all this). And then once you spend enough time working there and collect enough taxation years then you can get them on supervisa which has much longer residing validity.

Please don’t give false information. For one parent income should be 32k not 25 because you also included so it is gonna be 2 person not one. Read cic website or consult any lawyer.

Every information given in the video is correct and taken up from CIC website only. The Income threshold table gets updated time to time. You have misinterpreted the info given in the video.Your FAMILY SIZE will decide the minimum income threshold . AS per the latest table if you have family size of 1 member , income should be $25921, similarly for 2 members : $32270 and so on . @@canadaloverz1433 ya I know family size one mean applicant himself not mother of father. If you invite example mother, family size will be two that is applicant and plus his/her mother. In your video, it says if your wanna invite one member of family then income should be 25k. No because that is a applicant himself income. So the total number will be two one applicant+one family member who is coming. Now income required is 32k not 25 k

Still parents are not eligible to work unless and until they are permanent residents of Canada . There is a permanent residence program for parents and grandparents; however, there is a limited supply of visas under this program, and applications can take a long time to be processed.
