Hello. I worked as a Civil Engineer for 18 months under a registered Class-A Contractor. I was paid in cash and I have all the documents stated by you in this video be it salary certificate, reference letter, salary slips or appointment letter. This contractor runs a very big company and has GST number and what not. The only thing that I lack is ITR (Income tax return). Since, you are being paid in cash .. You can show cash vouchers/receipts instead of bank statements. If you file an ITR,show that as well.
