Hey yes there are many from south asia in toronto in different parts of the city. The weather gets cold in winters but thats like 3-4 months and 2 months of that you can get snow but we enjoy all 4 seasons and summers are beautiful

Theres lot of things at play but if one is on h1b and moving towards green card as indian citizen by birth takes a loong time
