I’m advocating for those that don’t. Those that have to rely on a welfare state because rampant liberal spending has devalued the buying power of the dollar so much that they become addicted to the crumbs that fall from the Liberal trough. Liberal tax and spend has hurt the poorest the worst. And if it isn’t clear to you yet, it’s about enriching themselves while disenfranchising the poor. Systematically alleviating one’s personal agency. This is tyranny and you’re their serf.

Well, don't get too excited about the new Canada dental care because the dental price guideline is way below what the dentist will charge you. I went to my emergency dentist to have my tooth pulled before the new plan roll out, I was charged under no insure price. I also planned to have partial denture done and the dentist provided me with a quote for the cost after having all the x-ray done, but I couldn't afford it. Last week, I went in to have my loose tooth pulled after receiving the new Canada dental care coverage . Instead of pulling the tooth, the dentist performed the cleaning of 15 teeth I have left without pulling the complaint tooth, then charged me over $500 minus the insurance coverage = balance. I am afraid I may still have to pay thousand of dollars to have my partial denture done even with the new Canada dental program. It seems like only the dentists can benefit from the new Canada dental benefits instead of the low income senior.

Dental coverage should be covered full for all Canadian, humans . What about those forgotten who are single , between 50 to 65 and yearly income much less than 70k. why Government of Canada never pay attention to humans between age 50 to 65, and worst thing is in Canada 65 is the pension age for retired people. and if someone wants to get retire at 60, pension is so less, person can be mabarass to tell anyone what a less amount . and not full pension . while most of the lower countries retirement age and pension age is between 57 to 59. in canada it is way too late, and how much life any human can have after 65 . when things are needed most after 55 ....... it is very sad , government should change this age bracket and retirement pension age and after 55 all human should get full benefits and pension it is human right .... dont let Canadian suffer this cruel non logical age brackets . and please do sometging for humans between 55 to 65.

Socialized dental is a great idea and hopefully this brings down the cost of dental, which is currently way overpriced. The best countries have universal health care. Dentists get paid enough - it's not like they are unable to do business - and if anything this will improve business for them. It's not a scam, it's the beginning of universal dental care being supplied with universal health care. The people in the comments that are complaining that dentists don't make enough money already or that this doesn't cover enough people are just toxic professional whiners.
