I met one student in Edmonton, and he is a kind of student to PR candidate. He gave half a dozen solutions. From refugee claim, change of province, marriages,Asylum, bogus pay stubs,same sex marriages, fake employment, become undocumented and so and so forth but not willing to leave Canada after completing studies from diploma mill colleges. Mostly, Indian students. Nowadays, they have stormed Alberta.Actual tax payers in trouble.

When the numbers become large enough and they see their peers doing these things the line between what is ethical and what is not gets blurred. In the end, the government needs to stop turning a blind eye. The new government should start enforcing rules, even retroactively.

Thanks for bringing in Abdullah, for the expert advice about Canadian immigration laws & policies. Actually Canada's soft & lenient laws are to be blamed about all the problems Canadians are currently suffering. And for that reason bad guys from around the world are sneaking in Canada & taking advantage of these relaxed laws. Mass & incompetent immigration in the Canadian system is also creating a lot of issues in society. The local job market is being badly hearted due to bulk & cheap labor availability in the shape of indian students. And because of this scenario haterate between Canadians & new immigrants is on the rise. The Canadian government should review and revise the immigration policies. Where there are lots of loopholes that need to be fixed.

AS a born Canadian whose family came to Canada in 1680 ,Yes we are old stock Canadians who wanted to retire in Alberta ,But we were unable to because of MASS IMMIGRATION and when IMMIGRANTS get well over $600 per kid per month even working Canadians can not compete, We raised our kids with no GOVERNMENT hand outs and our parents paid taxes for decades, IMMIGRANTS today seem to be Entitled, Yes CARGO SHIPS AND MASS DEPORTATIONS ARE NEEDED send them Home

Very interesting discussion. The bottom line is lack of enforcement or unwillingness to enforce the rules. The Canadian government seems more fixated on immigration targets and catering to a particular vote bank rather than ensuring that people do not take advantage of those who desire to come to Canada for a better life. That being said, even the Middle Eastern countries, with their sophisticated systems are unable or unwilling to tackle the abuse of those most vulnerable. It is a sad state of affairs that people are willing to abuse, and take advantage of the most vulnerable and desperate people in their home countries.

When I started exploring options for myself, I came across a man from Canada who is Indian. He tried to sell me LMIA. When I asked him so many questions, he started laughing. Then, I told him, I am recording you and being an author it’s my responsibility to make people aware about what you are doing and how you are ready to scam the Indians while living there as a Canadian. He got a bit scared. I was like how come he is trying to sell me something that’s totally illegal especially when they ask for money. I am amazed he is still fooling many from Punjab origin. Such people are huge disgrace to our country and humanity.

Good content. Although this is the absolute truth, it still falls on deaf ears. I've said the exact same thing to countless people who ask about this shortcut but they still pursue this. It's like they're hell bent on coming to Canada by any means necessary, legality means nothing to them.
