Suncor, Sunlife, transcanada, bank of Nova. Likely rates will be mid 4% in 2024 and mid 3% in 2025. We will see if TD’s projection is close.

$116 makes RY under valued at a 13% discount with a 5.4% dividend. Analysts recently cut the target from $141 to approx $136. A pretty good entry today in the opinion of 9 analysts as next year they trust the price will be $126 low estimate and $180 on high end, with average price target is $139. A 5 star purchase price would be $100.
