Unfortunately, this channel has been demonetized by KZbin for the third time and therefore the Game Movie Vault has been closed. It was fun for over 10 years but I can no longer afford to spend the time to make these videos without being reimbursed by KZbin. I have started a second channel that focuses on Diablo 4 and I am thinking of starting another separate Game Lore channel very soon.

Sadly Midway Is no more. So the only thing that would make it possible would be to have a small company to Remaster both the first one and Ties that Bind however I would not want an HD version for new consoles only because these two plus manhunt itself deserve a full fledged Revamp with Graphics like Resident Evil 2 and 3 and the other hand keep all essentials of its product the same. Then again they can completely change the cutscenes to something like the Remaster version of Mafia when it comes to cutscenes.

The first game was much better than the second. Too many factors combined to list out, but ill add that even the OST for the first game was better.

Fun fact, they actually had to tone down The Creeper's dialogue because it was freaking out several of the developers. In an interview with producer Noah Heller said that they actually had to pull the dialog back from the first pass at the script because he was freaking out people on the team. Several people almost didn't want to work on a game with him in it - he was much too scary

@Anthony Tanner I actually like The Creeper he is a very good horror character, he actually one-ups Hermes in psychopathy and sheer evil. His design is also cool as he uses three of his dead prostitutes as weapons; viscerally connected to him by bladed tentacles, with long blades sticking out of their mouths.

I've played and beaten both sufferings even with good and bad choices....I must say years later now looking back at it I would do it all again...best game of it's release and time dame near scared my a** playing it not knowing what to expect at every awaking corner but still pushed threw ( never played it at night lol 😅 )....good to see someone has uploaded a vid on it...I enjoy watching thanks to all who puts in the time with these games from the past and present...

I guess you didn't know you could save Ranse. I actually got a much worse red screen flashbacks for my evil playthrough. Torque was fully sane and fully aware he was an evil murderer. Decided Carmen and his kids were "in his way". Chalked it up to that.

Eastern Correctional Lunchroom literally remind me of the V Block sector of Abott prison where it was a bloodbath between the CO and inmate in there. I mean the Eastern Correctional prison is ironically share the similar story with Abott prison but in the city of Baltimore. I wish this game focus solely in Eastern Correctional part. It deserve to be a huge part of the game like the Carnate prison one from the original since Eastern Correctional was actually the origin of the chaos and the first prison that Torque ever went to before the murder cased happened on his family. Aside of the monster here represent the murder case, tragic accident, poverty, prostitution, drugs addicted and racism in the urban society of Baltimore, the monster in here are also represent the death punishment, riot, police brutality & unfairly treatment towards the inmate in Baltimore prison. The concept in this game had a huge potential to be even better, but the devs make a huge mistake by toned down the Creepers character, turning Blackmore into just a split personality of Torque instead of making Blackmore to be another spirit or evil psychic and the devs didn't really fleshed out more about Copperfield character, enough. The Eastern Correctional prison is also felt short. As I say, Eastern Correctional Prison should have been a huge part with bigger map level design in the game chapter.
