I have been working for a Canadian employer for last 3 years on a PGWP, the initial 1.5 years were inside Canada (Apr 2021 - Nov 2022) and then I got relocated to India on a temporary basis and started working from one of their Indian offices (Dec 2022 - Till date) and have been working from here since last 1.5 years, with no change in my employment status, while still being paid in CADs to a Canadian bank account and paying Canadian taxes. Can I count this remote work as Foriegn work experience in my EE application?

Interesting! “We just do not have the birth rate to be able to support our population”. Then, individuals born and raised in Canada are NOT motivated (in many ways) to give birth to more and more Canadian babies, therefore Canada becomes enslaved to the need of foreign families moving into the country and settling down. Don’t get me wrong! I'm an immigrant trying to become a PR in Canada, however, Canada government and its people as a whole need to consider (unfortunately or fortunately, by using some sorts of biases) who are the foreign individuals being granted to move into the country to stay as Permanent Residents or new Citizens of the nation; and by foreign individuals I also mean the culture, the political, religious and social mentality and behaviour that forged their character, and the family or personal values that they hold dear which they might bring with them when travelling to Canada. Hopefully, they’re all good humans willing to respect, assimilate and integrate into Canadian society and contributing to improve local communities and the country as whole without taking over the nation to turn it into nothing or something worse in a short or long term. I’d like to better understand how Canadian government determine which countries will, for example, be granted with the privilege to get a Working Holiday Visa and which ones will not, or why some countries are still allowed to apply for that visa and others lost that permission. By the way, since the government is making some changes on the immigration system, will WH visas still exist?

In all immigrations changes either the US or Canadian government so. You as attorneys says to a change wow that’s so good. No it’s not. Depending the perspective you see it never never never ever will be so good for nobody . One little detail so your saying legal help for people so depending the perspective you see it. So not good at all why the government don’t reduces the score for express entry because is not good for government. So
