Canada claims to be a first world country but it's immigration is worst than third world country. I have an lmia aporoved job offer with a CRS score of 500+ and a clb9. I received my joining letter in October 2022 and received my nomination in November 2022. I filed my ita in January 2023. It's been a year and half i have gone through my medical examination twice and the INCOMPETENT CANADIAN IMMIGRATION is still not able to process my ITA. Seriously, a year and a half long joining delay. I got selected under FSW express entry. Guess express has a different meaning in Canada.

what does it mean when it says LMIA exempt ? is it just the normal employment agreement you get from the company if they hire you ? please enlighten

Do we have to modify our profile once we get an additional year of work experience? Or will the system recognize it automatically?

I have one question - Whether remote work for a Canadian employer done outside Canada (from one of their office locations in India) can be counted as Foreign work experience, while still being paid in CADs to a Canadian bank account and paying Canadian taxes?

CEC’s seem to have no luck

Lots of applications that are being drawn in general and category based are cec applications. They just don’t have separate category for cec. Even if they come up with separate cec category draw score will still be high.
