Explain genuine LMIA? LMIA is framed to bring high skilled people to work at high wages. As long as your employer needs, he will sponsor you. You can get work permit but not CRS points. That's not fair. And I can say that those who claim CRS score with LMIA are not competitive compared to other legal immigrant groups.
