Hello the best thing is to hire a trusted attorney, pay in half a down payment then when the attorney finished then pay him when you have your home title.! Nicaragua has a law when an international proper investor buy a home 🏡 in Nicaragua 🇳🇮 after 9 or 10 months that person can apply for the Nicaraguan citizenship, unce is paid off.!

We travel twice a year to Nicaragua. We love the beauty of the country, the people, beaches, volcanoes, beautiful roads, ancient cities, Islands, and the affordability that comes with in…

It will never be Hawaii 😂😂😂😂 it’s nothing like there. Most people that come to Nicaragua can’t afford to visit Hawaii. This is the poorest country in Central America other than Haiti. It’s amazing for people that want to change or for people that want to hide from themselves. Nicaragua took Literally everything from me and I couldn’t be more grateful. I ❤Nicaragua

Lovely, Americans moving to other people’s country to sell land to other Americans. Taking advantage of the simple people who don’t know what they have (land by the amazing beaches) and using their poverty to enrich self. Colonizadores capitalistas dándole migajas a los pobres con una mano y con la otra quitándoles el oro (la tierra) y después los llaman inmigrantes. Is within your dna.

That’s an interesting take on the video. I used to do the same thing where I would listen to be understood 😅. If you would have listened before formulating an opinion you would have realized that this guy was Canadian. fyi Nicaragua is American. Lots of Nicaraguans tend to get insulted when you exclude them from being American. If you don’t want to take the time to find out where the White people in the video are from, rather than calling them Americans simply use "North American" this way you won’t offend anyone with your ignorance, that is as long as they are not European or from any other continent in the world. You got this! Let’s stop assuming and start listening. The world is a wonderful place 🥰

I listened the whole thing amigo. Also know how to read so I did read the title of your video, thanks for the insult btw. I’m Costarican born and raised, my grandparent is from Nicaragua. So I understand what you’re saying but people do not get offended with someone saying American, which I did just out of respect but I should have say gringo (which by the way in Latinamerica we call you all gringos, yes even to Europeans we call gringos) So you have no ground that all to tell me what the people I grown with gets offended by or not. Growing up here I saw gringos coming broke and now they are rich because they took advantage of the “good deals”, ever wonder where the people that use to own the good deals are ?? Well amigo they are still poor but with no land by the beach and no money, this history repeats over and over again. And it get better, now those gringos dare themself to tell you what a better place one country will be if they “learn” to live more like them ! Se voltio la tortilla amigo because now you’re the one who assume stuff and are trying to turn my comment into some hate speech to try to get back some possible real estate buyers??! 😂. But you’re right the world is a wonderful place, go on and stay in your part of it and let the people live up to their culture. You don’t even realize what you do but your sole presence in somebody else’s country makes a irreversible change not just economically but culturally. But hey mate just an opinion since we live in a free speech country … oh wait I don’t know if you but I do. 🤙🏽

@@JATAMAT thanks for your reply I appreciate the time, thought and passion you have put into your comments. I’m not sure what you are talking about? I just asked this room full of Nicaraguans if they get offended when they are not recognized as Americans and they say yea it’s offensive. Yes you may call me a gringo but it’s all in the way you say it. You would never say it in an offensive way to my face because that could be confrontational rather than descriptive. Gringo is a great means of clarification just like Moreno or chelae but when used in a derogatory manor the results can offensive and in the Nicaragua where I live you never know who someone is until you know who someone’s family is so I highly recommend using those words with an up word inflection in one’s voice when using them on someone you don’t know. As far as boarders go I would have to disagree with you there. If I could change the rules I would allow all humans to go anywhere on their planet they want to. I like to think I have left a positive impact on all the cultures I have experienced so far during my time on this planet. I hope we get to meet in person some day I’m sure we will become friends. I respect you willingness to share your thoughts and opinions so openly. Sincerely tony 50576076060

If someone's property was confiscated, the owner was not compensated, i know so, my parents and their friends got properties confiscated but no compensation for it. Edited part: I'm sure the person wasn't "poor", but they just don't have the same kind of money that a poor Canadian would bring in his pocket at the exchange rate, which is why Canucks, Yankees and whomever find it convenient.....stop being so insulting..

@@willie-e3t sad about my dad? Lol. My father lived an excellent life, he was a "jack of all trades" and could make it anywhere, he fought against exploitation towards the poor, he created the difference for many and is well remembered for it. He was a founding member for the fire department in a small city of Nueva Segovia, he worked in community development and was the change for the better for many. Sorry, is not a word I would associate with him, on the contrary he was a forgiving individual which made him pretty unique.

Do you have houses for sale or rentals? We have been looking in SJDS and found it very expensive.

Hey there, thanks for your comment. Really appreciate it. San Juan can be expensive, but it can also be quite affordable if you know where to look. What I found best when I was in Nicaragua was to eliminate hot water, packaged food, air conditioning and eliminate television of all sort. There are definitely places two bedroom apartments for five to $700 a month. There are also places from $1500-$3000 a month too. We have found our business has turned into a business of building rental units for people looking to generate cash flow from cash sitting in the bank . If you’d like to have a quick phone call, just give me a call on my WhatsApp 76076060. That’s a Nicaragua number have a rad night Tony.
