Totally Tool Tuesday sounds good to me! Nice to have the grinder in-house, that way you don't have to rely on getting new blades when you need them. Cheers from Tokyo! Stu

Always wondered how you sharpen your blades and what they cost. One takes great care of the big saw blades, whew $160, they don’t give them away. Learn something knew every time I watch one of your videos, thank you. From Missouri

Keep tool Tuesday. I have been looking at the BMS25 since it’s half the cost and portable as it’s a 12v system, but you convinced me that the bms250 is the better option. I don think they make a cbm wheel for the BMS25 it’s the old drag style.

Paul how do you sharpen table saw blades
@istvanvarga56933 жыл бұрын
I guess you fold your saw teeth after you sharpen them. how do you remove the generaten line so it doesn't deceive you?thanks.
@CanadianWoodworks3 жыл бұрын
This wheel does not leave a burr, so for setting the teeth you don't have to worry about that.

I have the same sharpener and need to start getting it set up. I have some questions. Before, I've been told that you need to do 2 passes to get them sharp right. Is that still true with this machine? Also, ones you get it set up, can you swap blades out and just let it go or are you doing adjustments each time you throw a blade on?
@CanadianWoodworks2 жыл бұрын
congrats, 2 passes are best easier on the wheel. Yes you want to keep an eye on it the whole time, and listen. The sound is your best indication of what is going on.

No, My number 1 question is have you ever seen a blade snap and cut somebody in half?
@CanadianWoodworks3 жыл бұрын
We have had them snap, but never cut anyone in half lol we are always safe. The guard covers stop the blade from flying off
