Regarding Laine: It's a two way investment IMO: HABS invested in a player who had lost his way and who has skills in abundance. Laine invested in a supportive team environment situation in order to regain his status and swagger. A win/win situation for both.

As a big fan I don't really care if we make the playoffs this year, all I want is a team that will battle for the win every night and give it their 100% each game. I know there will be games that we will be blown out as that happens once in a while and but the thing that is important is to learn from those games and come back strong the next game. Great guy, but the Canadiens should really use the UFC's media antics of vetting the journalists, because those were garbage. "How do you think you will react if you get a slow start" - asked by an out of breath 60 year old "journalist". You should get twitter people / youtubers to ask questions, and just fans. All of these morons don't represent what the typical Canadiens' fan thinks.
