Sifu Wang Zhi Peng appears to be an Outstanding teacher! I can see he's dedicated to his gung fu and is passionate about teaching to his students! I appreciate a few smiles here and then while he's teaching. As a Ving Tsun novice, and a female, it's encouraging to see a few ladies training hard in his school! Thanks for sharing your video!

I really want to see all these Sifu fight in MMA ring instead of keep teaching and sparing. The benefit is that, not only we can know how powerful the person we pay money to teach us martial art, but it also improvement for Sifu to enhance their techniques. Sadly most Sifu afraid of their dignity scarred if they lost. Losing a fight doesn't erase your dignity. Only if you stop fighting your challenges, you lost the respect itself.

"Not all guys who have big cock are filming in porno" (c) You thinking in the way of sport martial arts. Sport martial arts' goal is knockout or score victory. Wing Chun's goal is make a trauma for your opponent. If I go to the MMA octogon I'll lose, because I can't use my kicks for injure knees, my arms for injure elbows and so on. You want to take Wing Chun, cut off main techniques and say: "Fight!" versus MMA fighter. Are you serious? In sport the rules are important, that why MMA guys can't beat boxers if boxing rules are using. For example, McGregor vs Mayweather.

MMA with Wing Chun alone will never work, just as it wouldn't work for a Boxing fighter. It is mandatory to know how to fight on the ground, as you are limited by rules, and almost always the fight ends on the ground. Floyd Mayweather is incredible in boxing, he probably wouldn't win almost any fight in MMA hoping to finish the fight with just punches.

I like his super fast punches, but why he does not teach how to defend from street like punches? No one is going to start off with wing chun stance and rolling arms stance. I teach how to defend from hooks, upper cuts and other street fighting punches. Please don't get mad, I am just asking why? Thank You.

Excellent response, Saint Mars. Plus, let me add that this video does not contain the entirety of the curriculum. They are doing one exercise. Its like watching boxers work the speed bag and then start asking why they aren't using uppercuts. Check out other videos of Sifu Wang - he has a complete Wing Chun system, plus a more advanced use of grappling and throws than you see in some versions of WSL WC.

Wing Chun stance is just for training, no real Sifu will tell you to start a fight that way.
