Hey there CB3, was just watching this video and you had a comment about keeping your helmet fresh. Well i'll tell you the thing i use is called helmet fresh, it comes in a little spray bottle and after each hot and sweaty ride i just spray the inside of my helmet with it and it keeps it from getting smelly. Then after the season is over i will remove the liner and throw it in the washer for a good cleaning. Just another tip for your viewers.

I remove my helmet liner and cheek pads at least once every two weeks in the summer. More often when I ride more. Drop it into the washing machine on delicate with some tide. Let air dry in front of fan if you have one. I try to get a second set of liner and ear pads for all my helmets so I've always got a fresh one. Riding with a head covering that absorbs sweat and is easily washed helps too.

While I arrived at your channel for the content, as a new Spyder owner, I can't stop watching your videos because of you. Great job, great content, love what you are doing and how you do it. Keep it up, from Vancouver Island British Columbia.

I have a 2011 RT. Went to ride this morning and it wouldn't start. Instrument cluster is crazy, lines across the LED, needles bouncing Any clue what's going on?

On the usb question, there are two fuse connections on the fuse box. One provides always on power and one provides power only when the ignition is on. I believe that all he has to do is move the fuse. Look at the manual for the instructions and fuse locations.

Very nice job on the genuine shout outs, I do believe you just put smiles on the faces of a whole bunch of folks 😁😃😊 And to Coach Vic, hurry up & take your time for your next motovlog !!! You are the icing on Coach Bob's cake, and you do bring out the best goofy and fun stuff from Coach Bob 😆🤣👍👍 No surprise that this channel has international fans, including a country with the Great Pyramids, awesome !! Loved the special recognition for the members of the SPGP (Spelling, Punctuation, & Grammar Patrol), got a good chuckle from that. Thanks for an enjoyable video, always look forward to your posts👍👍

Regarding the last question in USB, power to the port even with key off should not be a problem. But as you point out, if the USB does have a light, it will be a constant draw on the battery and will drain the battery. How quickly is debatable but it should not be on if wired properly. The accessory port is switched so I’d recommend walking through the steps again or having it checked. If it were a 12 volt car battery you can get three to four or more days of draw, but motorcycle batteries are much less. I left my garmin dash cam on my sea to sky and it drained the battery in 12 hours.

While usually a bit heavier than a regular full face, a modular helmet is very helpful for things like drinking while riding. Look for one made of carbon fiber or other lightweight shell material.

I’m in the market for a Can-Am Freedom trailer. On the Can-Am website, they indicate “Coming Soon” for the trailer. Thus far, I’ve been unable to locate a trailer newer than the 2019 model. Have they stopped making the trailer or has it been delayed for a few years because of Covid and the BRP fire? If a new one is truly coming, I’ll wait and see if any changes are made. Hope you know what’s going on! Keep up the great work on all your videos. My wife and sit and watch every Wow episode together….We love em! PS: You have a great singing voice ! 👍🏼

Also how can I get my wife to be as motivated as Coach Vic as in riding with you Coach Bob? I told my wife that I got this bike for me and her to travel and have fun. So I am praying that my wife will come out of the office so much and ride with me. I mean she like riding but not as much😂 but I enjoy your ministry with your wife. You guys are awesome love you guys.

I don’t have a Spyder just yet, but when I do get one it’s my hope that my wife will want to go out for rides with me. I have a way of fabricating a wish and a dream in my mind that doesn’t pan out the way I figured she will react. Best of luck!

Also Coach is it a hard installation to those arm rest and where can I purchase those which they look better than the sling mods armrest
@ES44AC-23 жыл бұрын
Shawn Smoak had a video of those OEM armrests, he done a in depth video. It is quite involved install in my opinion.

I did it and there is a video on it. It was involved and time consuming but not difficult. You can do it if you just take your time and make it an adventure.. Here is a link to the video.. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bGrLfpikoaeom6s by the way.. we love them. Thanks for watching. CB3

Hey CoachBob I got a question about my 2015 spyder Rt limited is it possible I can hook up a satellite radio to my model? Thank you may God bless you truly.
@timwauson40843 жыл бұрын
I hooked up a Sirius Stratus 7 to mine. Mounted to the dash, powered through the frunk using a 12volt adapter for the power plug. Added an small L shape bracket to the windshield support to hold the antenna. I crammed the excess wire into a pouch I have attached to the dash. Ran an aux cable to the rear trunk and plugged in the jack there. I use the sound system on the bike to listen through the speakers. BTW. I also have a 2015 RT Limited.

Will a large pizza box fit in the back top box?
@CoachBob33 жыл бұрын
Maybe in the 20-22...but...definitely not the 19 and earlier. Honestly... when we travel we often get a large pizza. I lay it on the back seat and ride. We always have to figure out a way to get that dang pizza.

Hello CB3! Which of the Spider and the Ryker to buy for me? I drive alone.

If you're touring at all from city to city I would go Spyder... If you're an intown cruiser or sporty rider.... I'd do the Ryker.
