Cancún’s ISLA BLANCA - Why this “kitesurfing paradise” is a beach you should go to

Isla Blanca is known as the best place to kitesurf in Cancún because of its flat surface, shallow water and constant breeze... But a lot of people don't know how great this beach is for ANYONE, even if you’re not into kitesurfing! I spent an afternoon there with some friends and was pleasantly surprised. The side of the beach that faces the ocean (the opposite side from where you kitesurf) is beautiful! (And I have to admit, watching those kitesurfers do their thing WAS pretty cool...!)

Kelley Dominguez awwww, what a great compliment, especially coming from a fellow cancun resident/expat! :) ! I actually went there by accident... I had also heard the name, but didn’t know much about the place. Some friends invited us to go with them for an afternoon, and I loved it! If you have a car, it’s such an easy choice for a laid-back afternoon. :)
