Hey! Wonderful video! Just wondering how can we get to Dahab from Cairo/Luxor or any other Egyptian city?
@worldwildhearts3 ай бұрын
From Cairo you can take a bus! That’s what we did (but it’s long - overnight so be prepared!). I think from Luxor it’s best to fly to Sharm el Sheikh and then take a taxi to Dahab

How much does it cost to travel Egypt 🇪🇬? I mean.. including all the activities you guys been enjoying. Thank you.
@worldwildhearts2 жыл бұрын
Dahab was a little bit cheaper than other parts of Egypt that we went to. For instance, getting to the blue hole and snorkeling was $35 or so. And for temples in other parts of Egypt, we spent $12 to enter each temple. The thing that generally costs the most money is the transportation and guided tours to and from each place since it’s impossible to rent a car and do most of the historical things yourself. So in that way, Dahab is cheaper overall because you can just walk up a mountain for free or go swimming, etc in the ocean

Amazing video absolutely loved it! I noticed you guys didn't mention price of activities or acommo at any point. Is that because it was expensive?

It wasn’t too expensive but we don’t mention prices as they constantly change. Especially now since the Egyptian pound devaluated that much…
@paulamoreira45902 жыл бұрын
Loved the video. I'm going to Dahab in the end of december and I'd like to go to the Sinai hiking. How do you were dressed? Are there stores in the city to buy appropriate clothes for the cold weather for a good price?
@worldwildhearts2 жыл бұрын
Definitely not a lot of stores to buy winter clothing. It was really cold in Sinai when we went (about -10 or so at the top and very snowy/windy). But you could be more lucky as we were really going at an abnormally cold time for Egypt. You can always rent a camel blanket from one of the shelters / tea stops along the way! that’s what we did. But we also had all our winter gear… thick jacket, hat, scarf, and gloves
@grecevieira2 жыл бұрын
Hello! Which month was it when you did the Sunrise hike? Would end of november be too cold?
@worldwildhearts2 жыл бұрын
We did this hike at the beginning of February. It was very very cold but I also heard that we were kinda unlucky with the weather over there. It definitely isn't always that cold and snowy. But I'd say, be prepared for anything and definitely bring a warm jacket ;)

Hey, could you share how you got to Dahab? I assume flying to Sharm El-Sheikh and taking a bus/Taxi to Dahab?
@worldwildhearts2 жыл бұрын
The easiest is definitely to fly into Sharm el sheikh and then take a taxi to Dahab! We flew out of Sharm el sheikh and took a taxi from Dahab, which cost maybe 35$. Not sure there’s a bus but the taxi is pretty good and especially if you can share it between 2 or more people

Close before Blue Hole when you leave Dahab is an Entrence to pay in 10 USD, because of the National Park. And the Blue Hole is so f.cking dangerous. Many People died there. Difficult to coming out, for Pro's too. But between Dahab and Blue Hole you can get some Camels to ride, or take a Squat. Actually I tooked a Rentingbike for a half Day for 100 EGP. It is an beutifull Road and the Coast there is clean to swim. But Centre Dahab is a really nasty Coast (I am sorry for saying that). It haves lot of Trash on the Street. Wild Cats and wild Dogs shitting there and nobody cares about to clean it away. My Brother and I am now in Dahab. This Streets are full of of Restaurants. But often they don't have a Price Shield. These Arabs handling really hard, when you don't know the Price they often try to switzerlanding you with high Prices. One of this Restaurants is my Favorite. It's Called "Al Capone". 1 Inch to the Red See. Cultural Service-People. For 12 US-Dollars you get an Hummer Soup inklusive a Fruit Shake or for Example this Evening I had little bit Rice with Pommes, a Rib Eye-Steak with Mushroomsauce all in One and a super Fruitshake inkl. It was just ahhhh= Orgasm for the Taste nerves😘👌🤣. Must have.
