That's why I use a prepaid cc card and only put enough when I need it. When I dont I just done fund it and they don't get the money.

Most, but not all streaming services allow payments via PayPal and PP has a setting to cancel automatic payments so the streaming service will not be able to bill you👍

Thx a trillion wow bestest info ever. i did not know that over the last 10 yrs or so I was paying subscription I was unaware of. But they popped up when I cancelled my paypal account and they sent me this alarmingly long list of subscriptions that are now also cancelled.

I just contact my bank and tell them to stop allowing automatic payments to that particular business, and problem solved.

But that company will say you aren't paying and it will wreck your credit score and you still owe them money and they can take action to get it. It says in most T&C that cancelling card won't be cancelling the subscription and it will still be charged to you...

I canceled last year and I’m having to cancel again this today and now Canva has the audacity to send me a notice saying that they will cancel my subscription November 2024. So basically they are telling me directly that they are going to bill me for an account that I have expressly told them I do not want, for two years in a row now. How do you tell someone who has already canceled their account once and is canceling it again today, that you are going to actually bill their card and keep their money?

I love this guy’s contact. It’s great. But this is one type of software I don’t get. I just can’t imagine having so many subscription services that you can’t keep track of them. I think I have one or two or maybe three at the most, and I could cancel any of them within two minutes. I do agree they don’t make it easy but it’s not like it’s overly difficult to figure out how to cancel something.

Yo is so simple call your credit cart company and tell them you have loss your credit cart , So there will have to send you a New one ,wich come wih à New # of credit cart . There for your can no longer charge you.

Not quite. What will happen is that, for possibly as long as a year or more in some cases, the subscription company's charges are automatically redirected to the replacement credit card account. This has already happened to me on more than one occasion. Keep checking your statements or better yet, sign up for alerts every time you get charged on your new card (in credit card settings) to see any new charges as they occur.

I bet you can NOT end your subscription to Zoho CRM. It’s not just hard to do online it’s not possible. You eventually have to contact a human being if you can get through and if they feel like replying to you. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against Zoho CRM.

And most likely is possible if you have a credit card that allows you to have virtual credit cards. In that case you can simply just turn off that virtual credit card that pays that service and you're done

If they have a number, you can always just harass them, make your other friends or family join in too. Use different numbers and eventually, they'll probably be forced to just block your email entirely 😂 If they have a contact email, that's even more fun... Send offensive messages and not safe flr work photos... Just keep flooding them untill they give up 😂

I wouldn't subscribe to streaming apps, personally. They include stuff you aren't interested in. In fact, it's possible most of what's on them isn't something you'd like. No way would I pay money every month for stuff I don't like. It's logical to buy a digital copy or DVD of your favorite movie. But it's not logical to pay for stuff you don't like, and even more not logical to do so every month.

Banks won't cancel a legal agreement. If you signed up with Netlix, you can't just tell the bank not to pay it. They will issue a dispute and prove you signed up.
