Ripper Roo's head is protected by layers of bubble wrap and newspaper clippings, and his box is closed inside another box with as many newspaper clippings. What they did with that package remains a mystery. If you throw it or sit on it, something like this can happen. 😊But rest assured! A new head will be made for you, for free! I will send it to you this month anyway. Sorry for the inconvenience. The ears are certainly the most fragile part, but they are articulated! The fact that you received it broken disturbs me and I am infinitely sorry. As for the video and everything you said with intellectual honesty, thank you very much! I have an idea on how you can improve the design of the head by making the ears separately fitted from the head so that they don’t break. It's just a suggestion :)

@@eartlcraft The ears are separate pieces from the head. Pre inserting them has never created problems of breakage during the trip. I don't know what happened, if they treated the package badly, or if they opened it at customs, touching it indelicately. Also the position of the tongue makes me think that the parcel has been opened by the customs. Thanks for the advice, by the way!
