Hyperinsulinaemia / Hyperleptinemia both of them are the cause of cancer in subjects with s high Iron diet, the oncogenic carcinogenic metal: Insulin and Iron load causes Mitochondrial Dysfunction.

“Red Meats” as well as, the dietary fat content of dairy foods has shown some association of increased risk for pancreatic cancer (17). The results of a meta-analysis showed increased prostate cancer risk with high intake of dairy foods; 14 oz/day total dairy, 7 oz/day milk, 3.5 oz/day yogurt, 1.75 oz cheese. One set of authors hypothesize that this is because of dairy’s IGF-1 content, which promotes proliferation of cancer cells and inhibits apoptosis. I wish there where less people misguiding cancer PT. Health is not the absence of disease - following the majority of your recommendation will cause patients to die due to other Western diseases. I wish you good health

Wouldn’t the sugars in the milk and yoghurt be more likely to be the reason why they proliferate cancer?

I wish there were fewer people misguiding cancer PT. Dairy does have growth factors, that's why it's good for growing kids and not adults, especially with cancer. But red meat has been debunked as contributing to, for example, colorectal cancer. The problem with every study that mentions red meat are the confounders. Meat eaters who are not strict carnivores also eat everything else including sodas, shakes, cookies, and french fries. They have unhealthy user bias. And the studies are usually performed by ideological vegans. The opposite cohort of the so-called red meat eaters are non-red meat eaters - vegetarians, with healthy user bias. More correct studies find it is not red meat that contributes to cancer, but heme iron only when combined with polyunsaturated fatty acids. Studies find that heme iron and meat do not cause cancer if the person is not eating polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is only when Heme iron is combined with polyunsaturated fatty acids does lipid peroxidation occur.

But there are lots of studies that says dairy doesn't cause cancer. Also most say's it decreases colorectal cancer.
