Cancer cells love sugar/carbohydrates. I could probably find an answer to that by searching, but an idea that suddenly popped into my head is if cancer cells are like caries in the mouth, that they cannot multiply with xylitol. This means that cancer cells eat xylitol, but are unable to develop further, somewhat the same effect as xylitol has on caries. I don't know, but I'd like to know.

Buy a counter top water distiller for clean water without toxins and minerals. If you want your distilled water to have minerals just add a pinch of Baja mineral salt. The best way to detox is by drinking water that is not "dirty" so it can bind to toxins for transport to the blood for removal through the kidneys. How do you expect to clean the body without clean water free of chemicals, pharmaceuticals, heavy metals.

I eat 1 fresh organic Avocado every day or two; it's helped me over the year to drop excess weight and feel better overall. There is a metanalysis study that shows consuming at least half a fresh avocado each week is correlative in males in reduced risk/incidence of various forms of cancer, including prostate, colorectal, lung, and liver -- but the study also showed a concerning correlation for women in their 40s to 60s for substantial increased risk/incidence of breast cancers. I'd love for you to cover in detail some of the data for this -- as my sister is in recovery from triple negative breast cancer, after the standard of care for that, and I'd like to encourage her to add avocado to her regular diet but the study makes me wonder if it would be advisable for her to do so -- she's in her mid 40s. As a side note, the same metanalaysis did not show the same correlation in younger female age groups... but also, breast cancers are much more prevalent in the 40s-60s age group for females... There are a variety of dietary changes she has made, based on many studies for dietary intake of herbs, cruciferous vegetables, animal fats and meat and fish -- dried parsley and broccoli sprouts, and maitake, shiitake, turkey tail and lions mane mushrooms being among her adds for the remarkable compounds in them that seem to strongly correlate to significantly reduced tumerogenesis and the various metabolic pathways cancers adapt to use for metabolism. Thank you for all the work you do to educate on the metabolic homeostatics of human health and weight management through healthy hunter-scavenger lifestyle foods that humans and their many antecedent species they have come from would most likely have consumed and that our metabolic, hormone, endocrine systems are adapted, over a hundred million years or more, to function through.
@teresamexico3093 ай бұрын
Is that the study where data was obtained from a questionnaire? asking about what they ate some years ago? for the "high" correlation of avocado consumption in women and breast cancer?. That one is nonsense. A friend of mine had breast cancer and she was advised to reduce and possible to avoid eating red meat. In some places in MX eating avocados every day (most of the year) is quite normal for the families and there is not an epidemia of breast cancer.
@mtnclimberut2 ай бұрын
@@teresamexico309 so thanks for your reply, but whether or not people where you live eat avocado's every day is not a way to measure statistical divergence of efficacy of dietary intake of avocado in differently aging populations of women, as relating to breast cancer risk/incidence. The question isn't just conjecture, and avocado's don't only contain substances that are generally healthy for humans -- they also contain, as most plants do -- substances that are not. So gaining insights in to why these correlations exist in different populations is of value and -- if the studies are refuted by multiple other better or larger studies for safety of consuming avocado for women within a certain age range -- post menopausal in this case -- that type or analysis would help belay concern. TNBC is a major killer of females the world over today -- in every country and culture -- and it's important to look for anything correlative both to improved statistics, AND to concerning statistics, of dietary metabolic intake of different foods as related to incident disease or mortality correlations. As you'll note -- I'm a daily consumer of avocado, but every study shows that males have a statistically lower risk of prostate and other cancers, with no increased risk correlations so far measured.
@teresamexico3092 ай бұрын
@@mtnclimberut Thank you for your reply as well. Yes, all plant and animal foods have good and bad things. Regarding to the scientific studies I would "trust" more the ones that are: Randomized controlled trials vs observational studies, although observational studies could lead to some interesting and useful hypothesis. As for TNBC there are other risk factors: a genetic mutation, age, being overweight, lack of exercise, alcohol drinking, etc.. that could be bigger risks than avocado eating. My A1C was 42 (approaching diabetes), my mother’s was 80 - out of control diabetic. My grandparents both died from diabetic complications. I found Dr Ekberg last year. I fasted on nothing but water and electrolytes for 16 days last September, and again in June for 11 days. I went from 85kg to 67kg, and I’ve kept the weight that low since by switching to a keto diet straight after the fasting (no more than 50g of carbohydrates per day) and OMAD (one meal per day). I feel like I’m 15 years younger. With your videos I’ve instructed my mother and her A1C is now at 60 and she’s working her way down to normal levels; she has completely stopped her metformin meds and gliclazide and is also on OMAD now and also hasn’t felt this great in 15 years! När jag fick veta detta så startade jag ketodiet och intermittent fasta (16/8). 4 veckor senare, vid nästa kontroll så hade tumören krympt till 18 mm! Den krympte alltså 5 mm INNAN jag påbörjat cytostatika.

Thank you so much. Unfortunately, my 9-year-old son was diagnosed with blood cancer (Hodgkin lymphoma cancer) 4 months ago and he is in his treatment process through chemotherapy. When I asked his doctors about food, they told me he did not need any diet and could eat everything like rice, bread, soda, etc. I asked them about the bad effects of sugar and hydrocarbon. they told me if he did not take these kinds of food, his cancer cells would attack his normal cells as their food. I worry about my son and I am so confused about his diet. would you please guide me?

Not sure if I can help, but I had Hodgkin’s and started treatment this time two years ago. As I was going through treatment, I ate everything. Probably should have been a bit more careful but they said just eat what you can and that included lots of treats. Chemo worked well and I’m still in remission so my diet had no impact on the effectiveness of chemo since I did eat quite a lot of sugary bits. Since chemo however I have looked to ensure a better and healthier diet, including keeping sugar right down. Maybe just be mindful not to eat too much of anything that’s bad for you but other than that just let him enjoy what he wants. The steroids make you extremely hungry! Sending you, your son and your family lots of healing and happiness. You will be out of it all soon ❤❤
