I’m grateful for the last 13 years with my sweet fur baby, stormy weather-she will be crossing the rainbow bridge on Friday Nov 1st because she has throat cancer and is not doing well. Please pause the ashwaganda after two months. I read an article long time ago about ashwaganda and that the body needs a break from it after two months for the sake of your kidneys health. I have no idea if that article is based on any scientific research but it’s better to be safe than sorry. After the 2-3 months break you can go take ashwaganda for two months again.
