Looks like the same radiotherapy machine they have in the states I had 20 treatments. About 9 months ago. The treatment caused a lot of fatigue, I forced myself to walk a little after each treatment. a month after the last treatment most of my energy was back. Cancer treatment sucks but you got to do it. It was good to meet you a couple of years ago at the hideaway. Hang in there.

Gone into Pattaya this week and spent all day at the Bangkok hospital today. Legs bad rash and feet swelled up. They did ultra sound on legs for blood clots and three biopsy . No blood clots and go back next week for results of biopsy. Saw four doctors. The whole thing cost me $700. Not to bad. I have insurance that will refund me. Looks like you have lost some weight Kev. Don't worry it will come back. After four months of Chemo and seven weeks of Radiation I lost a lot , but two years later maybe even a little fat. I am in town so if you and/or Rob want to get a beer let me know. Hang in there.

Agree Rides....I believe they cost around two million pounds....so i guess hospitals are hesitant to get them - as also they apparently should be replaced every ten years. Of course this is a very general response to your observation. When you think of all the money that is wasted or misappropriated - then you would think these machines would be a priority rather than an after thought.

Doing well Kev. "RadioActive Man" I got nicked on Soi 4 in Bangkok for flicking a cigarette butt on the ground, about midday. The Cop walked me back to a Kiosk, showed me a pamphlet that stated a 20,000 baht fine. I slipped him a 1000 and said "There`s ya lunch money ol son" We shook hands and went our own way. Gottta love Thailand !!!

Glad to see you doing much better Kev. Here in America, the Senate is introducing a bill to make it illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to be able to buy/use tobacco or vaping products. Also, what looks dangerous now (people riding in back of P/U trucks), on the highway, was legal and commonplace here in the States as little as 30 years ago (now only illegals do that).
