Hi Alfred. Stay strong, and believe in what you believe in. I believe that science has come so far, so to help patients like yourself to become well and healthy again. A little under three years ago, I was diagnosed with lung cancer. When I grew up, that was pretty much a terminal diagnosis. I was operated on and they removed half my right lung. After 4 months of chemo, I was slowly getting better every day and all the scans afterwards have been good. I'm up for a new scan in a month. I must admit, your condition sounds rather severe, but don't give up hope. Amazing things do happen. Best wishes to you and your family.

Miracles happen. The surgery was a success. My recovery was good. My immunotherapy treatments went well. I’m pretty much back to normal.

My father woke up one morning, full bladder and couldn't pee; ended up peeing out blood clots. Kidney cancer. No other sign before then. He runs on one kidney, has been for maybe 20 years. You're in the shit scared phase now. Try to relax and trust the process. You can only do what you can do. Hope and positivism actually has a positive effect on recovery.
