Arriving from the USA with Jet Blue at Terminal 4, we went through the E Gate which went fairly smooth. Place your passport on the scanner, walk into area, smile for a picture, grab your immigration ticket, doors open you are done. Departure was even easier, we gave the immigration ‘ticket’ from the E Gate (when we arrived) to our Jet Blue Check in employee. Thats it. No shoes off it was super fast! Good video btw 👍

Great info thx. I have to say I don’t understand why the walk to the first washroom is sssoooo long and why don’t airport consider seating areas anywhere ?? People out there have mobility issues , kids , elderly… sitting on the floor isn’t an option. Airports need to consider a few more comforts for those waiting in lines or for luggage ! Thx to your video I know use the washroom right before landing..lol

Arrived at the airport a week ago (back home now). Both e-gates and normal lines were crowded, but luckily I am a dual national so I went to the nonexistent Mexican lines. Ironically they asked for our USA passport and the officer stamped that one and not the Mexican book. Had no checked luggage so overall it went fast.

thanks for such nice videos, i am always watching the videos. i am coming to cancun in june. so needed to ask few things ,plus anything you guys want to tell me would be helpful. i am arriving night time, so my plan is take the ado bus to central cancun, and take r1 bus to hotelera zona. but wanted to know does R1 bus runs at night time, mid night ? also there is a 660 mexican peso fees at immigration, is it during arrival or departure. and obviosuly there is no fmm forms now.

I took a shuttle for safety and it was faster. But more expensive. I saw the ADO Bus there when I got off the plane. Please let me know how it goes. Are you going to an All Inclusive? If so the hotel should provide a shuttle. Thank you for watching!

The problem at the Cancun airport is that you pass through customs real quick but the baggage claim takes a while due to the many flights that come in at the same time.

Are the E-Gates not available? I saw another video from someone a week or so ago that showed the E-Gates were now available. Only needed to go through the main immigration if your passport was not biometric enabled. (U.S. and Canada)

What you need to tell the people about is the big room that they hold people in like prisoner(male & female & children in one big room)...for those who they deny entrance...one of my friend told me if they deny you access you are treated like prisoner...same place in the airport...no place to shower...held days without your phone they not even gave him a call and they hardly gave him any food...these Mexican immigration officers are wicked...i wouldn't tell any to go to Mexico at all...if they believe you are there to cross the border you are in for harassment 😢so its not all that good as your video is highlighting
