Only complaint was that the shower water stinks like rotten eggs and that since it is located at the tip of the hotel zone we got a lot of wind in our face everywhere we went. FYI that is immigration you waited in line for. Customs is after you grab your bags. In Terminal 3 you have to hand in your customs form and push a button to see if you will be checked. I believe terminal 4 does the inspections before you pick up your bags.
