I fought the pay difference aspect while managing a McDonald’s here in the states just a literal couple years ago. I was absolutely paid more than several female managers at other locations who had the exact same job/role as me. However, we were in charge of making the schedule for our individual locations and I ran my shifts with fewer employees, so even with MY greater pay, my total payroll was less…meaning that my profits were also HIGHER. So I was both paid more and made the company more. That is referred to as a justified wage gap. You must consider all of the factors involved, not just the easiest one to see.

In a Catholic marriage, the man gives 100% and the woman gives 100%. The man is the head and the woman is the heart of the home. The marriage must be open to, welcoming and nurturing new life.

The saddest part about marriage today, is that women have been led to believe that fulfilling their household role is oppressive to them. When in reality it's more important than the man's role, it's just that both roles rely on the other to function.
