I still don't understand why people waste their prime years running after passport change . Focus on creating wealth instead. Living a below middle class life in Developed country is not great. Also, the actual reason on why these people were denied Australian citizenship is because their skillsets didn't add value to Australian economy. Admin manager is not a niche skillset. anyone can become that. Canada is in desperate need of people and hence they got the passport not really because Canada was in awe of how smart these folks are.

My husband, an Australian citizen, and Candian PR is preparing to apply for Canadian citizenship, whereas I hold Canadian citizenship. Having spent four years in Canada, my husband and I both agree, based on his experiences here and my observations while visiting Australia, that the quality of life in Canada cannot match that of Australia. Australia offers superior work-life balance and higher pay grades. Our intention is to eventually return to Australia for the better opportunities it provides. I am thankful that our future children can have dual citizenship benefits.

Canada with cold weather is depressing with 6 months indoor. Australia is blessed to have such a great weather.Canada has relaxed the immigration entry rules causing many ppl with low socioeconomic situation to immigrate and lost its quality . Its their personal experience which could happen to anyone in any other country. I have been in Australia, and i can say people here are very respectful and an amazing country to live in. Even in the regional area you will find more and more friendly people. Its all about accepting their culture and be respectful about that. Regarding visas and invitation its all about your skills, experience and your english fluency, if you are above the competition you will surely get nominated. Anyways everyone has their own point of views and their own struggles in life which all have to go through it. Just be patience and give it sometime, things will happen earlier or later.

I absolutely agree. Australia is one of the best countries to live with a work-life balance. They have yet to talk about 10% super contribution which was made to their retirement fund. There are heaps of vegetarian, kosher, halal options. People are super friendly and very humble and polite. It is heartbreaking to hear this. In emergency it depends what is happened to you. Australia has the highest labour wage in OECD I think now at $24 + super. Reigonal areas like Canberra, TASMANIA etc they are not to bad.

All the Supermarkets are open till 10pm, most chemists are open till 10pm, restaurants are opened till 9.30 to 10pm. Major fast food chains open 24hours. I think this person hasn’t explored Sydney properly. One thing a person should think before going to another Western country is that we can’t bring the whole country or lifestyle food families with us. Life is a struggle but once you tackle these issues you will love to live the Western lifestyle. Australia is such a beautiful country to live.

Mujhe to in logon ki baat bahut hi Ajeeb lagi hai kyonki main jab 2012 men Sydney aya to maine 4 jagah job apply aur charon jagah se job offer hua tha. Koi bhi problem, as such, nahin hue. Haan eknbaatbzaroor thi ki ghar milana asaan nahin hota. Magar ek realtor se contact kiya to bahut asani se mil gayaa. I think it boils down to how good you are with planning and communication skills. One more thing, I had PR for both Canada and Australia from day one and we finally settled down in Melbourne. We did not do the common mistake of coming as students. To conclude, I am 100% convinced that Melbourne, Australia is anytime a better choice than Canada. One more thing, I do have a full time permanent govt job here in Melbourne. Once again, I don't see any problem here in Australia. I must thank my Indian education for getting P/R easily for both the countries🙏🏼

Frankly, every country has its negatives and positives. Australia is a highly multicultural country and people are respectful of each other. In fact, if you go to outskirts of Sydney in regional NSW or any other state in Australia, people are very warm and friendly. Sometimes, it’s a matter of luck and also your skillset and English language ability. I am an immigrant myself and as a family we have been extremely happy here. The health system is fantastic, which is very important in my opinion. If you are a professional with excellent English abilities, you can get best of high paying jobs. It all depends on individual situations and background. I agree, summers are hot but that’s pretty much only 10-15 days in a year, and I think it’s reasonable compared to living indoors 7-8 months depressed due to severe cold and snow. Be happy wherever you are, stay positive and work hard, the rest will fall in place.

Australia has a lot better lifestyle & pay rates are significantly higher than Canada. My husband & I are a medical professional, offered MD by Australian university with 100% scholarship along with wages in top dollars and various perks. After completion of my degree I wanted to explore Canada. I secured a job before moving to Canada. Despite everything was organised, I struggled a bit to settled in Canada, ended back in Australia. I’m happy to have one foot in india & another in Australia. Some of the issues i faced in in Canada: Extreme harsh Weather for someone with back pain etc, which I have. Again, weather not suitable for both of our parents. Wages are very low compare to Australia even after adjusting the currency difference. This was my imperative requirement to support my family back in India. Tax rate is higher than Australia. Technically, pay rate is low, tax is high. Australian universities offer better quality education than that of Canada. I need to continue my studies. I hope this information help someone as I wasted my time, energy & money due to the lack of information 😢

100% of those you count as Australians are immigrants. More specifically, descendants of British jail inmates/criminals, british invaders (or may be any other invader - spanish, portuguese, italy, france, etc.). So basically, entire continent is occupied by invaders devoid of native population. All are outsiders. All you benefited directly/indirectly from criminal money or blood diamond, as you say it.

What they are saying is that they were working as per one policy and midway the government changed their policy in Australia. Also the immigration process in Australia is not transparent at least from 2017. Couldn’t it be that the immigrants you are talking about came before the process was easier !! And they never said that it’s bad country or anything . They clearly said they liked it their and if anyone is getting an opportunity in Australia should go for it !!

Uspar Jo Sana ne study kar k 2 jobs kiye ....Uffff....yeh aaj sun ne mei ya bolne mei asaan lag raha hoga but i cannot even think about how you managed and of course Ashar bhai ka support Jo podcast mei bhi aap ki tuning se clearly samajh aa rahi hai. Honestly mai yeh pod cast nahi dekhna chahta tha looking at Australia se Canada, aise laga pehle k kya big deal, ek acchi jagah se doosri acchi jagah, 1.5X par dekha 😊 but I am glad I watched this video. Bas ek cheez jisse mei sehmat nahi hu, woh hai Dubai ki life, Mai waha reh chuka hu aur 2005-2008 tak aur Mai us k baad bhi 2-3 times waha ghumne gaya hu and job search liye 3 months raha bhi hu, but guys agar aap k pass Canadian ya American Passport hai aur agar aapko waha 20-25 AED ki job ya accha business hai toh woh jagah se behtar jagah nhai hai to enjoy life and also most of the countries close hai waha se to travel. And mujhe ek din bhi waha aise garmi mei ghumna nahi pada, unless we have some work, like Canada mei snow hai but you don't go out unnecessarily....Right ? Toh bas waisa hee hai. Baaki ek bohot hee accha pod cast guys. The essence of their story - Act, Learn and Imorove and keep moving ahead in life. They have examplified determination, resilience, hard work. Skills are important but not everything, they prevailed through their attitude. The cherry on cake Ashar supporting his wife Sana to continue her studies, a great leap of faith and the guy kept saying - I beleive in being together with my family, support parents, and siblings. I'm glad that they got PR in Canada and are liking it. Every place has its own challenges and goes back to my first thought - everyone has its own journey, and no two orbits are comparable, so one shouldn't be judged. Couple is honest and hard working, no question about it. Canada is not land of opportunities anymore, as it claims to be. If you are here for like 15-20 + years, then things might be different for you. Trudeau has pretty much open the borders for like anyone, I do understand that without immigration Canada cannot survive economically, but we need to beef up the immigration process. Australia is like middle of no where, but cost of living is not as high as Canada, and wages are higher. I need to understand the salary of Sr Manager and executives in Australia, that would explain the difference between both countries.

So he didnt like australia in first visit 1. There wasn't enough halal food. 2. There wasnt enough mosque. He struggled because his planning, knowing starting a new life with lot of struggle they decide to add expenses 1.pressure of having kids while they are still students themselves. 2. Inviting parents over to add more pressure on his income. Then ended up complaining how much money they ended up paying. What a thinking?

Racism is not with south asians, Aussies are racist for black people. Pay rates: on average 25$ per hour.. PR was hard for last 5 years but now they have relaxed many rules so if you are on track then mechanic chef and professionals can get their PRs.

Good video. while working in Kuwait in a company,my colleague is a Pakistani from Karachi and during working hours ,he used to go to Pakistani Embassy often and curious about his frequent visits to Pakistan Embassy in Kuwait, I asked him why so many visits to their Embassy. He said they are planning to bring their Pastor(my collegue is a chrisitian) from Pakistan to Kuwait on visit visa, unknowingly I asked him what is the problem in getting visit visa and to my surprise he said,Kuwait Governament will not issue Visa to any Pakistani. With surprise I asked him why Kuwait govt. will not issue visa to a Pakistani, as both countries are Islamic, then he told me that some Pakistanis bring drugs with them to Kuwait and it has become big issue in Kuwait, then Kuwait govt.decided not to issue any new visas to Pakistanis. I believe even now the Kuwait govt. is not issuing new visas to Pakistanis. He also told me that whenever they want to go to Karachi(as his father works in a govt. Hospital in Kuwait) and once they reach Karachi, their House will be like bhoot bungalow. Nothing is left in that house, even doors, windows and Electricity meter is also stolen and they have to arrange everything new. In my Two and half years stay in Kuwait ,my collegue and his family did not visit Pakistan even once. My question is what Pakistan as an Islamic Country achieved by seperating from India on the basis of a Country for Muslims?. One should aprreciate the couple for boldly accepting lawlessness in Pakistan.

Professionals in Australia are far better than Canada and USA. Weather, people, lifestyle everything. I am in Aus since 2004. Mechanical engineer wife Pharmacist and most of our friend in good jobs and enjoy life. Been to Canada and US....There is no comparison. Yes if you are a failure in life then its a bad experience but then dont blame the country blame your abilities....that you are not good enough to make it happen....

These are the people who resort to juggars, which is why they spent a decade in Australia without PR. Now they’re branding themselves as a success story whereas all they are doing is discouraging people coming through the right pathway. I still know people who got their passports (not just PR) within 5 years of landing in Australia. Hope those kind of people can also come forward as examples.

In the whole story, the 90% struggle seems to be from the wife.. doing bachelor's, masters, raising kids, giving ielts, extra tests etc all was done by the wife and husband was doing nothing other than making poor decisions. We have relatives who were in the same situation as accountants and they showed flexibility and moved to suburb and now have permanent residence. Also after coming to Canada they have not started any proper job rather living on child benefits and exploiting the system.

59:35 I personally think this is just personal story where a lot of circumstances lead to this situation and things might be like this earlier but now post pandemic and especially in 2023 things are so much better, nothing comparable to canada in terms or ease of PR but if one follows right pathway of what the govt. is looking for PR is super easy. A friend of mine age 20 being a Nurse got PR right after graduating with 0 work experience in ADELAIDE. They don't need accountants why would they give PR to them? I understand nursing is not for everyone but there are more such occupations too.
