每年的新年假期我都会制作意大利果干面包Panettone。橙皮蜜饯是意大利果干面包的重要的原料。为了一小盒橙皮蜜饯,有时候需要跑好几个超市才能买到。
其实橙皮蜜饯的原料和制作都非常简单。今天我们就来制作这样一款非常漂亮清甜的橙皮蜜饯。做好的橙皮蜜饯软Q香糯,爽口开胃,橙子味香浓。既是可口的零食,也可用来制作意大利果干面包。
您只需要三种成分和大约60分钟的时间,即可将普通的橙皮变成可口的糖果。作为奖励,您最终还会得到一些橙子风味的简单糖浆,非常适合制作自制汽水和水果茶!
I make Panettone every year during the New Year’s holiday. Candied orange peel is an important ingredient for Italian famous bread. For a small box of candied orange peel, sometimes you have to find in several supermarkets to get it.
In fact, the ingredients and production of candied orange peel are very simple. Today we are going to make such a very beautiful sweet candied orange peel. The ready-made candied orange peel is soft and fragrant, refreshing and appetizing, with a strong orange flavor. It is not only a delicious snack, but also can be used to make Panettone bread.
You only need three ingredients and about 60 minutes to transform normal orange peels into delicious candy. As a bonus, you’ll end up with some orange flavoured syrup, too, perfect for making homemade sodas and fruit tea!

橙子 Orange 3
细砂糖 Sugar 1杯 Cup
清水 Water 2杯 Cup
点缀 Coating
细砂糖 Sugar 1/4杯 Cup
*橙皮蜜饯可以立即使用或将橙片冷藏在密闭的容器中,直到准备使用。
*橙皮蜜饯最多可保存1个月,可作为许多甜点的装饰。
*将橙子糖浆保存在冰箱中,以备不时之需,可保存2周。
*Candied orange peels can be used immediately or keep in refrigerator in an airtight container until ready to use.
*Candied orange peels can be kept up to 1 month and used as a garnish for many desserts.
*Reserve orange syrup in the fridge for about 2 weeks.
