I'm watching this in 2024. Thank you for the easy to follow instructions. I just made soy milk but I have no flour or anything else, so I can't make the bread today. Recipe- Pate fermente (old dough): 1/3 cup flour 1/8 tsp yeast 1/5 cup water 1/8 tsp salt (after mixing and kneading for a bit) Recipe for the Cruffins: 2 3/4 cup bread flour 1/4 cup sugar 1/3 cup milk 1 beaten egg 1/3 cup water 2 tsp yeast Add the pate fermente as well After mixing, put the dough to the refrigerator for 20 mins Add 3/4 tsp salt Once combined well, ie, when you can see thin membrane of dough, add 1/4 cup softened unsalted butter (or) 2 1/2 tbsp butter
