Based Candytoe, the "Phase 1" sheet has a copypasta error with the dates. Weeks 2 and 3 show the same date. Not a huge deal, but wanted to mention it. I'm running Coan/Phillipi right now, but this looks intriguing. Might give it a shot in a month when Coan wraps up.

Bless you Candito for the gains that we are about to receive. I'm somewhere between late stage beginner and early stage intermediate, but my deadlift is garbage. I'm 190 pounds, and my max is probably only 255. All of my lifts are very close to "intermediate" in terms of relative strength standards, but my DL hasn't even made it past the "untrained" strength standard :(

Sorry about hearing about your issues with hook grip, I find my hook grip more than strong enough to pull whatever the f I want. Never slipped once, but with mixed I slipped many times. But then I have big hands lol.
