Candlebox is an American rock band from Seattle, Washington. Since its formation in 1990, the group has released six studio albums, several charting singles, a compilation, and a CD+DVD. Candlebox found immediate success with the release of its self-titled debut album in July 1993.

Definitely underrated. Vocally amazing, musically outstanding. Great mix of hard rock and blues and alternative. Their first 2 albums are outstanding. And theyre amazing live. K-Mart is the whole f'n show.

Candlebox is awesome live, they were the last band I saw live right before the whole covid shut down. Still sound great today and have the same energy. I suggest getting some tickets to see them once they start touring again. I know I will.

Don't question the talent in 1994...we played live, or we weren't playing! P.S. I friggin' love Candlebox...sad that they're wrapping it up this year, but 30+ years was enough time to give us a lot of great music to carry on with! Try out the Gracious Few. Combo of Candlebox and Live. It’s A-1 stuff. Kevin Martin is the vocalist on it. It’s a really tight, fresh, sounding sound with all members jamming with power and precision.

I saw that live on letterman. I recorded it on vhs and knew it was a great performance. Saw them at “The Big Khuna” in Wilmington Delaware in 1999 I believe.

I liked Candlebox always knew about them and had them as my favs. Kinda like a hidden gem when rehearsing with other bands. For me Alice in Chains and Local H were underrated bands from the 90s.

Candlebox had a few hits off first album. The Toadies are the most underrated band in 90’s. They got one hit on Radio. Try a obscure 90’s band named Smile - song called Staring at the sun.

Wow! I had Smile's album and Staring At The Sun was amazing. I must have bought it when I was 16 or 17. For so many years that damn song was stuck in my mind and I couldnt remember the lyrics, the song title or band name. It took me a long time to put it together.
